Description

We need to create a toolbar in the demo page for OOJS UI which has same menus as VE toolbar. So it's easier to visualize the the OOJS UI changes in VE.

The one added in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/197441/ should be close enough. It's already live on http://tools.wmflabs.org/oojs-ui/oojs-ui/demos/#toolbars-mediawiki-vector-ltr.
