Release Engineering GitHub team at the moment has one member (me) and a couple of repositories: mediawiki-selenium and qa-browsertests (deprecated). It would be great if mediawiki-ruby-api would be added to team repositories. We have had a couple of pull requests at GitHub, it would be great if we would be able to close them ourselves.

I do not even see releng team. Feel free to rename my team to ruby and just add the ruby gems there.
