Going forward, new instances are getting automatic IPs in designate. We need to migrate all the older records from ldap into designate, and verify that they'll be properly cleaned up when an old instance is deleted.
Note the the new scheme is hostname.project.eqiad.wmflabs as opposed to the old hostname.eqiad.wmflabs scheme.
