Description

It would be nice if we logged the "Prefix search request was longer longer than the maximum allowed length" UsageExceptions from Cirrus to something separate from exception log.

these create extra noise in the logs and aren't per se a problem in the software.

maybe we could use a more specific exception class than "UsageException" for these to allow us to log these separately.
