Description : Anagrimes is a tol hosted on Tool Labs which helps search the French Wiktionary articles (anagrams, pronunciations...) and also provide language specific random pages (among other things). I request a dedicated project to properly list all the bugs and plan future improvements. Parent project : All-and-every-Wiktionary.

Ah yes, I thought there was some hierarchy to projects, because the guideline mentions subprojects (here).
Anyway, after reading https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Projects#Projects, I suppose I should request to use the name :
#Tool-Labs-tools-anagrimes
instead of "Anagrimes", like the other tools from the Tool Labs that already have a project, e.g. Tool-meetbot.
