currently has a redlink, for "Flow bots".
We should add docs at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:Flow_bots
similar to what exists at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:Autoconfirmed_users

Ditto at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Meta:Flow_bots

(At least a placeholder, explaining the future plans for this usergroup: if the associated rights will be merged or etc, in due time.)
