Admin's rights are all set "false" on this wiki. I would kindly ask to change the admin rights to standard user rights for admins, including approving bots, changing other users user rights and be able to import pages, e.g. the normal functions that are connected to admin user rights on different Wikimedia projects. Standard user rights for admins are delete pages, restore pages, block users, unblock users, move files/categories.
A lot of Wikimedia projects keep the standard rights. For example, on the French Wikipedia, bot approval is done by bureaucrats.
So you must discuss these rights with the community. Please note each one of the rights your request must have been discussed, so organize a vote for "standard user rights for admin" won't really be useful.
When you discuss the topic with the community, you could also consider as alternative to nominate local bureaucrats.
The two systems (local bureaucrats, more rights for admins) could coexist. This is why it should be extensively discussed.
