Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page
2.Click on the Autofill citation option from the toolbar
3.Now keeping that dialog open go to the next menu option in the toolbar and click on any of the options under that Say Website
4.Now fill up few parameters and click on "Insert"
5.When the confirmation dialog appears click on "Continue Anyway"

Observe that, both the citation nodes get removed from CE, no new citation gets added

This happens both in chrome and firefox and in both environments test2 and betalabs
