We should figure out our personas and the use cases for this app, specifically with regard to usability outside of the en.wiki context. For example, someone has their browser set to prefer Finnish, but they are working on a class that translates from ru.wiki to en.wiki and adds commons images. What link should they use to get to the dashboard? What filter should be applied to the course board? How will they navigate to their course?

Thanks, Adam. I'm adding Abbey to this task. I think we need her help here. I'm not experienced at writing use cases. I'm not sure how much or how little you need to know, how the write ups should look, or where they should live. If we can get some guidance on process/format, I can do this better. Otherwise, if messy works, I'm happy to start a bullet list here. :)
@AndyRussG thought these links might help:

If someone can advise what are the best questions to ask, since this test interview might be a little long, I can solicit feedback other users (both current and reluctant users of our current course page system, the education program mediawiki extension).
Adding @TFlanagan-WMF to this conversation. The Education team can help asking international users of the current Education Extension and see what their needs and use cases are for adapting the Education Dashboard. @aripstra can you help with guidance on how to write clear use cases / personas (as per @AKoval_WMF's question)?
Adding @dungodung, @MelinaMasnattaWMAR83, @Esh77, @SaraMortsell and Venus Lui (not on Phabricator, as far as I know) since they have indicated interest to help with the community side of getting this tool's prerequisites, getting it built, tested and properly deployed.
Wondering if @Vojtech.dostal and @Reem_Al-Kashif would also like to be added here. Or any other community member with experience in the education program, for that matter.
We will be gathering use cases on this page. I will get back to you soon with questions around what kind of information we are looking for.
