Please improve Udmurt language file to remove 'linkprefix' string and remove quotation marks _“»_ from '$linkTrail' option.
This should be these same typographic rules, that in russian wp (see appropriate changes of MessageRu.php - https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Code/MediaWiki/28035 and https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Code/MediaWiki/28036 )
