With the intent of offering the following view:
SELECT count(*) as watchers, wl_namespace, wl_title FROM watchlist GROUP BY wl_namespace, wl_title HAVING watchers>29
Unless I am mistaken, this means that wl_user can be nulled without affecting the results - please do so if that is the case.
