Click outside to close doesn't always work as intended for mention inspector

In the mention inspector (not yet merged), click outside to close doesn't always work. IIRC, you need to double-click in the text box.

Improve user experience when using '@' sequence trigger for mentions

Inspectors don't close if the model selection (i.e. cursor position) is unchanged. This will require some work upstream.
