Window size of OTRS ticket reponses hides the send button inconveniently

Description

When I hit reply on a ticket in OTRS (Chrome, Windows) the popup window is inconveniently shaped in a way that the send button is impossible to get to without resizing the window first.

It would be nice if the size of the popup window is limited to the bottom of the screen, so that I can actually scroll to it, and hit send.

Reported upstream, http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11205. I can confirm this behavior, and it's been reported on OTRS Wiki before.

Has been fixed in the latest OTRS 4 and OTRS 5 versions, according to the OTRS development team (see upstream report), hence depends on T74109.

If that has been confirmed with the test installation then we can close this bug out.

Confirm it's been fixed. No longer an issue since our upgrade to 5.0.6.
