Do you need a list of tags? The desired display is slightly different than the category name in some places.

@KHammerstein do you need to make a mock that shows the tags below the lead section? I think that location is probably what we wan to go with.

@JKatzWMF, @phuedx we can create a patch in Mediawiki-Config and populate the $wgMFBrowseTags variable with the list of tags. Sounds good?

Hey @kaldari, @bmansurov: I don't think this is blocked on T96015. Even with the feature enabled, the "topic tags"/catagrokkies aren't clickable. Moreover, the config change only enables the feature on labs.

I'd like us to get this feature on labs as quickly as we can so it can be signed off as quickly as possible. Then, once the feature is complete enough we enabled it on enwiki.

OK, either way T96015 is also done. ;)

@phuedx Can we make "tags" the sans-serif font? Also we need more space after the tag, as much space as before the Tag title (24 px)
