Two separate entries on my watchlist:

Both watchlist entries use the same title, but in reality they refer to two different aspects of the board. The top is the edit history for a topic called "The current system" on the Flow board "Wikipedia talk:Article request workshop," so everything is correct. The edit history on the bottom is for the creation of the board by @DannyH, followed by @Kharkiv07 creating a new thread, so that title is straight up wrong.
In general, the labels for each revision shown in the watchlist could be made a lot clearer (this does a pretty good job).
