CirrusSearch: No highlighted text returned from `intitle:` phrase searches

Description

When searching for "functional programming", the results include highlighted text as expected:

When searching for intitle:"functional programming", the results don't include any highlighted text:

This appears to be working. Tested on English Wikipedia, German Wikipedia, and English Wikivoyage. @Jdouglas can you confirm?

The links @CKoerner_WMF gave above work for me. I'm guessing this was a transient bug, or that it was fixed by something else at some point.
