Description

As discussed in the Analytics retrospective:
Self service to hive/cluster. We need to give users a sandbox they can use (resource wise)

Sandbox set of rights- get more granular sets of rights
consider 2-3 queues in Yarn

This has two parts:

better resource allocation (someone running a crazy query cannot take cluster down). Done on week 15th april

impala for easy querying,

I don't know if we want to commit to Impala yet. I'm probably going to install it so we can try it out, but I'm not certain that we will be able to support regular Impala use alongside of our production cluster jobs very well at this time.

@Ottomata: fair enough, just scoping it for usage should be plenty sufficient at this time.
