bug: funky scroll on add to collection overlay

Description

When you open up the add to collection overlay and scroll to the bottom of your list until the screen behind starts to scroll. Then try to scroll back up and see how the background page scrolls.

you can kind of see how the bottom of the page in the background is being pulled up as I attempt to scroll up on my list (in the middle of the list)

Mmm.. scrolling shouldn't be possible at all when open. Which version of iOS is this?
