Zotero is a direct dependency of Citoid. As the Ctioid and zotero-translators deployer, I need to be able to restart zotero when deemed necessary.

Change merged, @mobrovac you should now have access to restart zotero. Btw, when deploying new translators, it is supposedly not needed to restart translation-server
And I just realized I violated the policy of discussing sudo right escalation in meetings. It seemed so obvious and non controversial change to me that I forgot about it.
We have a group and a member but I believe we forgot to use the group on nodes. Is that a Hiera edit?

Indeed @Dzahn and thanks for noticing it. And I don't have to revert since due to that I 've effectively NOT violated the policy as a bonus :-)
