Description

There is MediaWiki:Sitenotice to show a message at the top of the page.

I suggest to add also a MediaWiki:* page which would be shown in the sidebar.

Moreover, we may make two such pages: to display above and below the navigation in the sidebar.

One use of this is to display a PayPal donation button in the sidebar.
