Project Name: Language Engineering

Purpose: Sandbox for experimenting with Machine Translation.

Wikitech Username of requestor: Bmansurov

Rationalization:
I'd like to set up an instance to explore machine translation options, namely Moses Decoder. If my experient proves to be a success, then we can use this setup to offer machine translation (Content Translation) for languages that don't have it.

OK, for now we created an instance in the existing project.
