these were the values displayed for {{TALKSPACE}} and {{SUBJECTSPACE}} during the VisualEditor preview:

  • {{TALKSPACE}}: "Wikipédia Discussão"
  • {{SUBJECTSPACE}}: "Wikipédia"

However, after the page was saved to
https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/T%C3%B3pico:Sf6vq4b7ol8etc7a
the values changed unexpectedly:

  • {{TALKSPACE}}: ""
  • {{SUBJECTSPACE}}: "Tópico"

On mw:Talk:Sandbox, the preview of {{SUBJECTSPACE}} is a little worse: VisualEditor shows a puzzle instead of a string
