Adapt geocoordinates on translations

Description

When translating an article with geo-coordinates, it should be possible to add those coordinates to the translated article. Probably we want to default to transfer coordinates by default since this seems a piece of information not expected to change across languages.

This was proposed by a user through the project talk page.

It's just a template. If we can adapt them, then we can adapt coordinates.

The ideal solution is, of course, Wikidata. For example, T35704 - GeoData should pull coordinates from Wikidata on sites with the Wikibase Client.

At the very least - the geocode information should not obscure the text of the article being translated - e.g.

It is hidden in translation now a days, but with T139332: CX1 Template editor (tracking) (deprecated) we may be able to display and adapt
