Consider creating big storage/low RAM images

Description

Currently, if I want 160 gigs of storage that's not as slow as project storage over NFS, I have to pick a monstrous 16G RAM, 8 CPU image even though I don't really need that much resources. Can we get more options for this?

I think the long term solution for this is going to be detachable block storage not attached to any particular instance.
