@WhatamIdoing - checking to see if this is complete or needs work

This is not really the sort of task that gets "finished". It's ongoing maintenance. Every time the design changes or a new feature is added, then this needs to be done.

But I have not done as much of this as I plan to. Specifically, there are still many screenshots that need replacing, and we need to re-write the section on citations to deal with the fact that some wikis have the citoid service and others do not. I replaced some of the external links section today, because the new workflow will probably get highlighted in the next newsletter.

Several new documentation (sub)pages were created in the meanwhile and will be connected to the relevant main pages ASAP.
