MobileFrontend should show the correct reason, why a user can't edit a page
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Actually, if you're blocked from editing (and you're logged in) you will get the following message, if you try to edit a page:
"This page is protected to prevent vandalism."

This isn't the correct reason and leaves place for misunderstanding, if the user get's this message for _every_ page. MobileFrontend should show a proper message with the reason, why i (as a user) can't edit a page.

@phuedx: Not directly, it sounds like the same, but in this task i will improve the error handling, mostly for logged in users, (to show the correct error for the user, why he/she can't edit a page). Task T96257: Editing block warning appears only after i tried to save (for not-logged-in users) tackles the problem, that, if you're blocked and not logged in, see the "blocked" warning only after you tried to save an edit :)

Sidenote: The title should make clear this difference, let me change them :)
