Description

On tools-trusty, there are still some local crontabs:

valhallasw@tools-trusty:~$ sudo ls /var/spool/cron/crontabs/ | wc -l
6

These should be migrated to tools-submit, and we should check for local crontab on other hosts as well.

Should just check on tools-trusty and deprecate that.

This is done, and I moved the following tools' crontabs to tools-submit with appropriate jsubs:

And left a note on the maintainers' talk pages (for revibot) and informed in other ways (for reportsbot)
