Description

When quick-editing a task while commenting, and choosing "Change Status" action, "Status" dropdown should default to "Resolved" and not "Declined". We resolve so much more tasks than we decline :)

Presumably this can be solved with local configuration, without bothering upstream, by reordering the statuses? Upstream has "Resolved" first in the list.
