[Task] Include additional entity IDs (redirects) in entities returned from the API.

Description

API modules that return entity data, in particular wbgetentities, should (optionally!) include any additional alias IDs (redirects) that may be used to refer to the entity.

See also T69033, which asks for redirects to be included in the RDF rendering of entities.
