Strange account creation log for renamed accounts

Description

I found some strange behaviors in the account creation log (while searching if the first one is a self-created account or was created by another user):

The first problem is probably because Tutu~frwiki is created before September 2005, while the user creation log begins on 7 September 2005.

Yes, and I think the same goes for Charnay~frwiki - the account is older than the creation log, so only the new account for SUL finalization is logged. Urria~frwiki's creation log looks like all the other accounts that were registered post-2004 and were renamed for SUL finalization.
