dysprosium hardware issues seem all addressed now. It's useful hardware and equivalent to the current, common hardware cache generation (one behind the latest esams+eqiad orders), but has 2x 800GB S3700 SSDs instead of the usual 400GB models. Can weight differentially for the backend storage and stuff in upload cluster for additional capacity (picking cp1099 to avoid sticking a singular odd machine into the midst of our normal numbering).
