Some users think that "File a technical task" is what they need to click on to save their comment, and lose everything they wrote by being sent to Phabricator instead.

Can you please check via Logfiles, how many people lost their texts of feedback? Please take a look, that the same window in other kontext uses this button down, to sobmit relevant content.
