Description

Perhaps this is part of some other ticket already, but after SULF is completed, e. g. https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&page=User%3AVogone should also include the results from e. g. https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&page=User%3AVogone%40eswikivoyage, since then all account names are going to be unique.

For user rights, @* already works. It might be useful to show it even if Special:Log/rights is not specifically selected though (i.e. Special:Log (all public logs))

'@*' does not seem to include metawiki either.
