At 8:22 CEST (April 24, 2015) a user created a page. This page was deleted at 08:34 CEST. It's now 10:28 CEST and the creation of the page is still visible in Recent Changes:
N ! 08:22 Renjestoo (wijz | gesch) . . (+1.535) . . 84.28.226.5 (Overleg | blokkeren) (Renjestoo's ontstaan!)
If you follow the link you go to https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renjestoo and get a message the page was deleted. How can is still be visible in Recent Changes? (And it's not only visible for me, but also for other users and they aren't admins and don't have the right to see deleted pages)

I cleared my cache, didn't help. Switched to another browser (even had to login there) and also see it here: https://nl.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Speciaal:RecenteWijzigingen&hideliu=1&limit=500

Super old, not much to do here. Presumably it was some kind of job queue failure, but the job queue infrastructure has been revamped multiple times since then.
