Not particularly useful as it creates the task via conduit so formatting options are minimal. Also creating user has to be fixed per project. Creating via URL parameters would be a lot nicer.

FYI, they recently revamped the Phabricator extension for Sentry (cf. https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-plugins/pull/373) − should make it to the next Sentry release (unscheduled yet).
