@CaitVirtue Yes, Phabricator is the right way, just the tag "Annual-Report" wasn't on anyone's radar until recently when 2015 came up. I'm taking it now and subscribed to the project but not sure myself yet which tags are best. Technically it needs Gerrit permissions on the right project but it's a group bigger than ops.

It was just telling you i uploaded it. Don't worry, i did the last step to actually get it online. It's done now.
