There are several ways to detect resource consumer tasks and flag them for admins, I can work on it but at first I need logs of tasks (without name) to create the system.

Thanks for your interest in doing this and sorry for my delay in responding.
However, I am not sure if this is actually useful for tools. We hardly ever have to terminate things by hand - gridengine takes care of most of these for us. I think the overhead of setting up and maintaining such a system is going to be higher than the benefits it's going to give us, so I'm inclined to close this as declined.
