In http://www.mediawiki.org/w/api.php?action=help&modules=feedrecentchanges we see

Days to limit the results to.
The value must be no less than 1.
Type: integer
Default: 7

Say also there if the days are measured from (the most recent) 0000 UTC, as alluded to in T93978, or not.
