@Mohamed.Ouda you will need to get consensus at each wiki individually. As part of your discussion, you will need to address *who* can allocate autopatroller, and who can remove it. At English Wikisource any admin can do autopatroller based on local rules. There we haven't bothered about rollbacker privileges as we found it preferable to look to more freely allocate admin tools.

I have commented on both of the local wikis that the proposal is still short on technical detail. Google translate doesn't translate rollbacker or autopatrolled, so we will need the confirmation that the discussion is about both of these. Further, the discussion does not address the technical aspects of appointment and removal by whom. I have asked these questions on both wikis and they need to be addressed.
