@greg Could we plan a deployment window to:
- deploy the config changes bringing ShortUrl to these 8 wikis
- run a script which populates the short URLs table
This script performs SELECT operations, 100 rows at a time on the page table, then populate a new table wth the same amount of rows, so it's too slow for SWAT.

Some wrap-up notes: @Mjbmr accidentally introduced one of the change in the SWAT deploy queue. It has then been discovered the script execution time is very short (< 15 secondes for kn.wikipedia), and so we can proceed these changes in SWAT.
