We can change logos of wikis, but you need to follow step 2 at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requesting_wiki_configuration_changes

We deployed it live on the wiki this evening, but there is a small issue: PNG logos should use transparency, and not a white background.

If not this breaks the interface:

So we reverted it to previous state pending a new logo submission.
