hi,
I'm requesting a new mailing list to discuss deployment systems, there's currently several cross-team efforts going on so a discussion mailing list would be good to have

We've already discussed that on mailinglists-l

I think it makes sense for deployment-systems@ with the obvious requirement that A) it's public and B) any huge changes are announced to ops@, engineering@, and wikitech-l@ as appropriate.

Subjective mailing lists: good and fine.

@greg if only that awesome photo meant something here :)
