Insert the template {{Test}}
Add the parameter 1
Press enter
Add the parameter 2=
Press the red remove-button
Try to add the parameter 2

Please note, that the patch above makes sure, that you generally can not use = in parameter names. So when testing the fix for the original issue described in this ticket ( and T285940: Template parameter search: partial match blocks adding undocumented parameter ), try to use some other parameter names, e.g. 2 and 23.
