Work out what VisualEditor should do (if anything) if search lies and claims a link doesn't exist when it does

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open VE
  2. Type "backlog"
  3. Select "backlog"
  4. Hit ctl-k, get link dialog (text "backlog" is selected, "Search articles" is highlighted)
  5. Paste "Wikipedia:Contribution_Team/Backlogs"
  6. Box pops up to say "page does not exist yet"

Expected behavior:

  1. Since page exists, don't say that the page does not exist

@LuisVilla, just tried this on Mediawiki wiki using Firefox 37.0.2—it seems to work.

Am I missing anything?

Weird. Works now. Caching or something maybe was broken this morning? Dunno.

Devoting time to figuring out this edge case does not seem worth it. The search index is updated very frequently, so it should almost never happen nowadays that a page exists but isn't found by our internal search system.
