Change 210057 merged by coren:
Add wb_changes_subscription and wbc_entity_usage tables

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/210057

This was merged and applied. I do not know if this was expected, but I note that most databases had a wbc_entity_usage table to replicate, but not all.

coren: only wikis in the "wikidataclient.dblist" have wbc_entity_usage and also most are still empty since the feature is not enabled on all of them yet. so probably is expected
