Is this still happening? I'm not able to reproduce this bug on Chrome Version 43.0.2357.81 (64-bit) (Mac OS X 10.10.3 (14D136)). What version did you use?

OS X 10.9.5 (13F1077)
Make sure the textarea for the editor is scrollable

I can on Desktop Chrome, OSX (I think this might be Mac specific). I can confirm this patch fixes the problem.
