Is this a duplicate? That task is about migrating block logs and this is about checkuser logs(?)

That was just a typo. There are no block logs in CU.

No. These two tasks are different from what I can tell. CU has its own logging system (not mediawiki core's logging system) so migrating to "the" new system doesn't make sense. But CU does have the mass blocker which still uses the old logging system for blocks.

It looks like this task is about adding gender support to CheckUser logs. I'm unmerging these two.

Thanks @Msz2001 for the patch. I'm resolving this as I think GENDER support has been added to all the relevant log entries. If not, please re-open.
