Footer content disappears when the page changes. Two ways to repo.

Repro #1

1. Go to the President of Egypt article.
2. Scroll to the bottom until you see the licensing information.
3. Tap "Tap to expand".
4. Close the expanded table.
5. Note that the read more and licensing footer content is now missing.
6. Scroll slightly and observe that the content reappears.

Repro #2

1. Go to the President of Egypt article.
2. Scroll to the bottom until you see the licensing information.
3. Tap "List of rulers of Egypt" and tap the preview link as necessary to change the page.
4. Press back and allow the page to update its scroll position.
5. Note that the read more and licensing footer content is now missing.
6. Scroll slightly and observe that the content reappears.
