Currently, the disambiguation dialog box only has a short excerpt of the text. This is often not enough to determine context for the correct replacement, and you have to open the page in an external browser. It would be nice if you could drop a webbrowser control in the blank space in the bottom of the dialog so we can read the article without opening other windows.
