Upstream seems to not have their memes huge but are still big.

did that fix anything about the size / being able to shrink them?

Can we clarify where you have seen this specific problem?

Premising that ideally we should not upload a meme in full-HD 4K, I guess you are reporting a CSS-side potential improvement on mobile/tablet or something and that seems reasonable.

Thanks for following up on old tickets! :) I agree this can be invalid and reporter can reopen if the problem still exists.
